1. Grant of Rights
I grant Q4D: Questions for Designers, its producers, affiliates, and assigns the right to record, edit, distribute, and publicly display my interview, voice, likeness, image, and any related materials captured during the recording.This includes use in audio, video, photographs, transcripts, promotional materials, social media, and all other media formats, existing or future.
2. Compensation
I understand that my participation is voluntary and unpaid.I confirm that I am contributing my time and insights without expectation of monetary compensation.
3. Ownership
I acknowledge that all recordings, photographs, video footage, and related materials captured are the sole property of the Producer.The Producer has full ownership, copyright, and control over editing, distribution, and final presentation.
4. Release and Waiver
I release the Producer, its affiliates, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, or causes of action arising from the use of the recorded materials.This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to editing, distribution, reproduction, or public presentation.
5. Remote Recordings
If the recording is conducted remotely (via Zoom or another online platform), I authorize the Producer to capture audio and/or video through that platform under this same agreement.
6. Photography Release
I grant permission for the Producer to photograph or capture my likeness and to use these images for lawful purposes, including promotional materials, social media, website content, episode graphics, and marketing.
7. Duration of Rights
This grant of rights is perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted as to media format or method of distribution.
8. Age and Authority
I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have full legal authority to grant this release.
